If, whilst browsing our site, you come across an item that you would like to purchase; clicking this item will take you to the product page. On the product page will be some more pictures, a short description the price and an Add to Cart button. Clicking this will add the item to your cart which should pop out to show it has been added. You can close the cart and continue shopping or you can click Check out to continue to payment. You will then be taken to a screen where you fill in your details, shipping method and payment method.

Everything in our store is unique and antique. We very rarely have multiples of the same item. If we do have two of an item they will have separate product pages. Even when we do have two of an item it is important to note that these are not sold as a pair. If an item is sold, and then another similar item is in stock please take your time to look over the pictures and description carefully again as there will be variations in colour, design and size due to the unique production methods and age of the items.

Yes, all payments are 100% secure. Check for a small lock in your address bar to ensure that your connection is private. All payments use SSL encryption at an industry standard 256-bit. This is the same standard used for large banks and other large entities. All credit card payments are processed by our payment gateway Stripe. We also accept PayPal.

Our site will try and change its prices to your local currency. All conversions use the current rate from are based in England though so all payments will be processed in Great Britain Pounds (GBP £).

We package each item individually and secure it with enough wrapping material that it will reach you in the same condition that it left us with proper handling. We ship all items with signature on arrival, tracking and properly insured.

Shipping times vary from location to location. All purchases will be packaged and posted within 7 working days of receipt of payment. You will receive an email with your order tracking number once your art has been posted.

Yes, we do buy a wide range of antique glass art. We are willing to buy individual pieces up to full collections. If you would like us to look at what you have we will be happy to let you know what we are willing to purchase it at. Please contact us.

Care for glass art is different to other forms of art. In some ways it is easier as it does not tarnish, does not fade and does not tear. Glass is quite a brittle medium though and care should be taken when moving and cleaning it as glass is prone to chipping, cracking and, in worst case scenarios, shattering. We recommend using lukewarm water, some regular dishwashing soap and a non-abrasive sponge or toothbrush. Many pieces are enamelled but this enamel is generally fired on so will not be affected. This is more than enough to make your piece of glass art look its best.

DO NOT USE BOILING WATER. We can't stress this enough. Glass expands and contracts with temperature. Using very hot water can cause parts of the glass to expand whilst other parts are still cool internally. This can cause cracks or worse.
